Use of Voucher Codes The client / buyer is responsible for making sure they correctly insert the voucher code when promted – if the codeis not inserted then no discount will be applied. BioFires will not refund discounts if coupon code is not used. No Refunds will be offered on products purchased using the coupon code. Any voucher codes offered by BioFires are not available in conjunction with any other BioFires offers. Intellectual Property Todeon CC retains all copyright in all material, including logos and other graphics, which form part of the site. Credit card acquiring and security Credit card transactions will be acquired for Todeon CC via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy. Customer details will be stored by Todeon CC separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR). Responsibility Todeon CC takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods. Delivery policy Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 14 working days and delivery will be detailed by way of email; this email will contain your waybill number and details of what the client must do at the time of delivery. Our courier service is Triton Express Freight; all delivery costs within South Africa are included in the cost of your purchase. Orders placed for delivery outside South Africa will not be honoured, a administration fee of 10% of the total purchase price will be charged if a transaction has to be refunded. Return and Refunds policy The provision of goods and services by Todeon CC is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Todeon CC will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10 % administration fee. Refunds on damaged goods will only be applied if the goods were checked at the time of delivery and marked on the Triton Express waybill – The goods will remain the responsibility of Todeon CC until the waybill is signed, then responsibility is passed in full to the client. Failure to mark damages on the waybill at the time of the delivery, will, in the event of a claim, render the client fully responsible for the damage to the purchase. Export restriction The offering on this website is available to South African clients only. Use of Purchases All GoGo Auto products are used and stored at the clients own risk. Country of domicile This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Todeon CC chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
